Common questions
Why are there no monthly fees?
I build lightweight sites that can be hosted for free on a fast global network. You only pay for your domain name (around £10 a year), which you own outright.
Where are you based? Do you work with clients abroad?
I'm based in the UK and work remotely with small businesses worldwide, including the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Everything happens by email and shared preview links, and prices are fixed in your currency.
Do I need to write the text?
No. Send me your logo, a few photos and a short list of what you do, and I'll write the page text for you to approve.
Can I make changes myself later?
Small text changes are free for 14 days after launch. After that, I can make updates for a small fixed fee, or you can join the optional £15/month care plan.
Is it WordPress or Wix?
No. Your site is built by hand, so it loads fast and has no plugins to update or get hacked. If you specifically need WordPress or an online shop, I'll tell you honestly if I'm the right fit.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in your currency: 50% before I start and 50% before the site goes live. You'll get a proper invoice for both.
